
FAQs: Q: How do you ship orders?
A: We ship all of our items USPS Priority Mail which should arrive within 2-3 business days.
Q: How soon will my purchase be mailed out after I place the order?
A: Your order will ship out within 1-2 business days after ordering unless otherwise noted.
Q: Can I get my order express mailed?
A: Yes. If you need your order ASAP it is best to call to place the order due to the cut off times
for Express Mail at the post office.
Q: What if I provided an incorrect address?
A: Once you realize the mistake please contact us immediately by phone (323.474.6632) or
email (info@rockinkidshop.com). If your order has already been shipped you are obligated to pay the shipping costs.
Q: How do I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Return Policy:
Once you receive your order you will have ten(10) days to ship the item back to us to qualify for a full refund minus shipping.
After the ten day period we will offer store credit only. After thirty(30) days we will no longer honor a refund or store credit.
Items that are returned must be in brand new condition and still have their tags intact.
Please call us for an RA number before you ship the items back to us. Items without an RA number will not receive a refund.
All return packages must be insured and prepaid.
